Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Cloud Infrastructure Readiness initiative. This role is part of our broader Cloud Transformation journey, focusing on implementing and governing technical capabilities within our cloud platforms – primarily Google Cloud Platform.

This is not about building something from scratch but rather taking over, structuring, and further developing what is already in place. You will coordinate several active workstreams delivering key capabilities for a multi-cloud strategy, ensuring alignment, delivery, and follow-up in a complex, cross-domain environment.

This role is more execution-oriented than strategic – we are looking for a hands-on project manager who thrives on getting things done and following through on deliveries, rather than focusing solely on high-level planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive major projects to successful implementation, bringing structure and direction to complex initiatives involving multiple streams.
  • Manage both high-level management and technical development teams, including managing conflicts of interest and navigating them constructively.
  • Packaging and presenting complex matters to make them understandable and actionable, with a strategic mindset to break down complexity and communicate clearly across different levels of the organization.
  • Set robust frameworks that improve clarity, collaboration, and support progress, bringing order to cross-functional delivery by aligning streams and enabling transparency across the program.
  • Lead change leadership skills and experience in working with agile development methods, understanding agile ways of working without expecting a fully defined team structure.
  • Comfortable operating as a stand-alone project manager in an evolving setting where not everything is pre-defined or stable.
