Job Description

The Senior Sustainability Reporting Specialist will lead the annual sustainability reporting project aligned with CSRD and ESRS requirements. This includes gathering and processing sustainability-related data, providing expert guidance on sustainability regulations and compliance, and ensuring high-quality, audit-ready reporting in line with EU regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ESRS, CSRD, and other relevant regulatory frameworks, as well as experience in sustainability reporting, audit, or advisory. A background in a Big Four firm is a strong advantage.

This role also involves project leadership skills, a proactive and results-driven mindset, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in sustainability reporting, audit, or advisory
  • Deep understanding of ESRS, CSRD, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Background in a Big Four firm is a strong advantage
  • Project leadership skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
