EMEA Energy Growth Lead

This Senior Power Projects Specialist role is part of the AWS Infrastructure Energy Team, responsible for leading the end-to-end power scaling strategy for multiple countries within the EMEA footprint.
Responsibilities include analyzing, developing and implementing strategies for interconnecting data centers and scaling business across power grids.
You will work closely with regional experts to originate and contract power capacity, ensuring access to secure, resilient and scalable power is maintained across 2-3 countries.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive power growth strategy for AWS's EMEA data centers.
- Collaborate with electricity utilities and external stakeholders to develop strategies supporting AWS expansion in EMEA.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a solid understanding of the power/energy sector and project management principles.
A minimum of 7-10+ years of delivery experience in the electric utility/energy industry, including project management and a deep understanding of the grid application process.
Able to communicate effectively in Swedish and English languages, both written and spoken.
