Project Management Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects and programs, serving as the primary client interface and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee project design, ensuring alignment with client requirements and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and refine project plans, specifications, and schedules, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure project compliance with safety and environmental regulations, implementing robust risk management strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and clients.
  • Optimize project budgets, leveraging expert knowledge to minimize costs and maximize value.
  • Engage in business development activities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new growth prospects.
  • Collaborate with vendors and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery, prioritizing effective communication and coordination.
  • Draft and manage contract documents, utilizing expertise to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Key Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of Data Centre infrastructure, including HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, and BMS, ensuring comprehensive project knowledge.
  • Relevant professional or tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or construction, providing a solid foundation for project delivery.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in Data Centres or similar technical environments, ensuring relevant skills and expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle, from inception to completion, ensuring thorough project knowledge.
  • Expertise in project management concepts, tools, and techniques, enabling effective project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure environments, requiring adaptability, resilience, and strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with expertise in report and bid writing.
  • Motivation, drive, and passion for delivering exceptional results to clients.
