About the Job

Rusta is looking for a seasoned Global Quality Director to lead our quality function. As a key member of the sourcing organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to quality teams across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a quality leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
