About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Systems Software Engineer to join our client's development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software for real-time operating systems, including VxWorks
  • Implement and test network protocols
  • Develop and maintain unit tests using mock frameworks such as GoogleTest
  • Perform static code analysis
  • Document software using UML or similar tools
  • Work with version control systems such as Git and CI tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub

Requirements

  • Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of modern C++
  • Understanding of network protocols
  • Unit testing and static code analysis
  • Documentation skills using UML or similar tools
  • Experience with Git and CI tools

Desirable Skills

  • Domain knowledge in automation and control systems
