Multplayer Game Leader

We are looking for an Associate Game Director to lead our multiplayer efforts and ensure the success of our upcoming game. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with the Game Director and Creative Director to develop and implement a comprehensive game design direction.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with interdependent teams to align design, technical, graphic, and narrative elements, as well as supporting game designers in developing features and providing mentorship and feedback. You will also be responsible for reviewing and discussing timelines with the producer and keeping the editorial team informed of progress and milestones.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development of the game design direction in collaboration with the Game Director and Creative Director.
- Work with game designers to develop and refine features.
- Provide guidance and support to game designers.
- Coordinate with the producer to review and discuss timelines.
- Keep the editorial team informed of progress and milestones.
- Proven experience in videogame production, preferably in a supervising role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of co-op and multiplayer design principles.
- Familiarity with technical constraints and game platforms.
