Financial Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Director to join our team at FLIR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
3. Leverage financial expertise to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
4. Lead and manage a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights.
