You will be an integral part of the Flight Operations Department, which comprises skilled professionals dedicated to executing functional tests, development test flights, demonstration flights, type training, and delivering exceptional results to clients. As a Technical Manager, you will lead the team responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of the system, engaging closely with the Flight Manager, Training Manager, and operational teams, specifically with Technicians, Remote Pilots, and Flight Test Engineers.

An extensive education program awaits you, where you will study the intricacies of the Skeldar V-200 and acquaint yourself with our company's procedures.

Core Responsibilities
  • Promote technical excellence across complex UAV projects.
  • Guarantee technicians receive the necessary education, knowledge, and resources to carry out maintenance, modification, functional testing, and flight testing.
  • Monitor and maintain the airworthiness of helicopters, remote pilot stations, and associated systems.
  • Liaise with the Development department and Quality department to provide strategic guidance on technical issues.
  • Directly report to the Head of Flight Operations.

This role requires regular travel within Sweden and abroad, offering a distinct opportunity to become part of a cohesive team with a shared vision and contribute to shaping the future of the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS).

Necessary Qualifications

We value teamwork and look for a person with excellent communication skills who thrives in collaborative settings.

To excel in this position, we expect a licensed technician (B1 and preferably B2) with substantial work experience. Previous experience in leading technical organizations or managing airworthiness programs would be beneficial. Familiarity with regulations such as CAMO, PART-M, and PART-145 is valuable.

Outstanding proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential. A valid category B driver's license is a requirement.
