We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Group Learning & Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing L&D strategies that align with our company goals.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the company's training portfolio, ensuring high quality and relevance in the training offer.

Your role will also involve building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful evaluation and development of training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an overall strategy for leadership programs to meet future needs and trends.
  • Exploring, implementing, and evaluating various pedagogical methods to optimize knowledge transfer and engagement.
  • Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure efficient course administration, communication, and evaluation of training programs.
Candidate ProfileWork Experience
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Competence in conducting needs analyses to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
  • Familiarity with modern L&D tools and platforms, such as LMS (Learning Management Systems), and e-learning tools.
Educational Background

Academic degree in pedagogy, leadership, communication, HR, or another relevant field.

Language Skills

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
