1. Troubleshoot and Resolve Incidents: You will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues related to our global business, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers and operations.
2. Support Customer Care Agents: You will provide expert knowledge and assistance to our customer care agents, helping them to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
3. Project Handover and Support: You will take ownership of project handovers from engineering teams, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support to ensure operational stability.
4. Service and Component Development: You will lead the support for service and component development teams, focusing on operational stability and continuous improvement.
5. Incident Management: You will monitor and manage incidents related to online experience, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
6. Major Incident Response: You will work closely with engineering teams and the Major Incident Manager to respond to and resolve major incidents.
