Tata Consultancy Services Sverige AB is seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Segment Head within our Manufacturing sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivery targets while maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience within the Manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of the IT delivery process and TCS solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with customers, major markets, and global solution teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and lead the sales cycle for major RFPs
- Develop value propositions and represent TCS in conferences and summits across the Nordic Region
- Coordinate with third-party companies to create joint solutions and responses to bids
- Lead customer meetings, joint value discovery sessions, and contract negotiations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Academic degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of experience within the Manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of IT delivery processes and TCS solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
