We are currently looking for a Senior Java Developer to become part of our tight-knit team Ancillary in Gothenburg. This role offers a blend of complexity and enjoyment, where you'll thrive on challenges that propel your development skills to new heights.


Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust Java-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain flight-related content creation systems with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Analyze and optimize existing codebase to ensure efficiency and reliability
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Requirements



  • 10+ years of experience as a Back-end Developer, with a strong proficiency in Java and related technologies
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and design patterns
  • Experience in creating flight-related content or working in the travel industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
