Corporate Attorney

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to join our Siemens Energy Legal team. As a trusted advisor, you will manage complex legal matters and risks related to commercial and contract law, including intellectual property, product liability, procurement, administrative, and corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mitigate legal risks in relation to general commercial and contract law
• Assist in mastering business challenges through entrepreneurial thinking and strategic advice
• Contribute to the development of best-in-class legal practices and standards

Requirements:

• A Swedish law degree with 2-6 years of experience practicing commercial law
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
