We are looking for a highly motivated TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success and growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to secure relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for agreements, including renewal, commercials, budgeting, forecasting, and securing solid contracts.

You will work closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of our solution and help them increase the value of their account. This includes facilitating strategic and tactical meetings, handling day-to-day inquiries, and marketing additional services and licenses.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical and commercial understanding, as well as fluency in Swedish and English. A university degree or similar educational background is an advantage, but not mandatory.
