Cybersecurity Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Leader to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our Information Security & Data Privacy team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our business operations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect our business from emerging threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Design and implement secure architectures for our systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure our business remains secure and compliant.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, with a strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex security risks.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, including AWS and Azure.
