Handler-Advanced (ID) - Warehouse and Office Duties

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Handler-Advanced to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our customs clearance team, you will be responsible for a mix of warehouse and office duties, working closely with our team to identify and retrieve specific shipments, and ensuring seamless customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with our customs clearance team and sub-contractors to identify specific shipments and retrieve where necessary
• Assist with sort and scanning procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Be responsible for customs procedures and location of individual shipments
• Act as a liaison between our warehouse, support agents, sub-contractors, and off-site colleagues
• Be familiar with scanning status updates and systems
