**Key Responsibilities**

• Receive and take ownership of all support needs coming through Over Desk or other channels.
• Monitor all open support cases, escalate if necessary, and keep the end user informed about the solving process.
• Share knowledge with colleagues, i.e., by using a common knowledge database.

**Requirements**

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to change, different situations, and persons.
• Service-minded and professional with a focus on end-users' needs.
• Good knowledge of ICC Platform, Win10, Network infrastructure, Mobile phones, Mac Platform, Printers, Hardware, and IKEA IT Infrastructure standards.
• Ability to communicate in a user-friendly way and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
