Vi söker en erfaren Servicenow-arkitekt och konsult för att planera, designa och leverera implementeringar av Servicenow i kundorienterade uppdrag.

Det är en senior roll med huvudsakligt mål att som arkitekt rådgiva kunder om Servicenow och erbjuda enkla, effektiva och hållbara lösningar.

Du kommer att:

  • Bygga, etablera och leverera Servicenow-implementeringar på kundens plats inom de nordiska marknaderna.
  • Rådgiva senior kundledning om deras Servicenow-lösningar för att adressera utmaningar inom tjänstehanteringsområdet.
  • Att tillsammans med kundens IT-team hitta en lösning som är bäst lämpad för den aktuella kundsituationen samtidigt som den anpassas till kundens verktygsstrategi och framtida behov.
  • Leda designen och implementeringen av Servicenow-lösningar som en strategisk tjänstehanteringsplattform för kunden.
  • Fungera som betrodd rådgivare för kunden i Servicenow-frågor.
  • Hjälpa till att förverkliga avkastningen på investeringen för kunden genom att erbjuda pragmatiska lösningar.
  • Säkerställa att kundens behov och krav omvandlas till IT-krav som kan delas med utvecklingsteam med klarhet och förståelse.
  • Kommunicera effektivt och tydligt förklara tekniska beslut för affärs- och teknikpartners.
  • Analysera, fånga upp och driva potentiella förbättringar inom olika områden av plattformens implementering.
  • Ge korrekta uppskattningar och leveranstider.
  • Bidra med stark förståelse för integrationer med hjälp av inbyggda Servicenow-plugins och vara ansvarig för att stödja och förbättra alla dataintegrationer.
  • Granska och godkänna tekniska designspecifikationer skapade av ledande utvecklare.

Qualifikationer:

  • Kandidat- eller masterexamen inom datavetenskap, informationsteknologi eller relaterat område.
  • 8 års erfarenhet av Servicenow-utveckling, varav minst 3 år i en arkitektroll.
  • Djup förståelse för Servicenow-plattformens kapaciteter, bästa praxis och implementeringsstrategier.
  • Expertis inom JavaScript, HTML, CSS och integreringsteknik.
  • Certifiering inom ITIL/Servicenow Certified System Administrator/Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/ITOM krävs.
  • Starkt ledarskap, kommunikations- och projektledningsförmågor.
