Key Responsibilities

As a Womens Accessories Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design process for soft accessories and small products, including hair accessories, sunglasses, and other fashion items.

Key tasks will include developing design concepts, creating mood boards, and working closely with suppliers and factories to ensure that designs are brought to life.

Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and ensure that designs align with our brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

Key requirements for this position include a degree in fashion design or a related field, a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in fashion design, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
