Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with a strong background in dermatology to join our dynamic team. As an MSL, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with national and international thought leaders and other healthcare professionals. Your role will involve exploring new sources of patient value, managing product/disease state data, and supporting clinical studies and R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Agilely identify and manage key scientific and medical influencers based on local ecosystem dynamics.
2. Identify and explore innovative solutions and services that address the holistic disease burden of people suffering from chronic immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.
3. Manage and generate product/disease state data, including phase III/IV, IIS, audits, and real-world evidence.
4. Support clinical studies and share insights with the R&D team.
5. Serve as the leading local scientific expert for UCB in the therapy area.
6. Present RWE/HEOR/clinical information to regional payer accounts and formularies.

Requirements:
1. PhD in Immunology/Life Sciences is highly desirable.
2. Strong communication/presentation skills, with proficiency in Swedish and English.
3. Work experience as an MSL is essential, with launch experience being a significant advantage.
4. Proven track record of working with biologics within immunology, preferably in dermatology.
5. Business acumen with a good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
6. Influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, stay consistent, and be assertive in a considerate way.
7. Curiosity to learn and experiment with new digital initiatives.
