About the Role

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team at Umeå Municipality. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-line support via phone or remote access
  • Provide 2-line support through scheduled meetings or on-site visits
  • Manage and resolve technical issues
  • Administer and maintain IT systems
  • Perform troubleshooting and analysis

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Relevant education and/or experience in IT
