As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of approximately 25 members, including assemblers, team leaders, and production engineers. Your mission is to ensure that the team achieves its goals in delivery, quality, and safety, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Set and communicate departmental goals.
    • Lead and distribute work within the production section.
    • Ensure team welfare, engagement, and a positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Drive continuous improvements in line with the Danderyd Operations Lean Program.
    • Measure and follow up on set goals.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and take preventive measures against workplace accidents/incidents.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Participate in budget work and propose departmental budgets.
    • Manage resource planning and competence development within the department.
