We are seeking an exceptional Production Manager to lead our production department and ensure the smooth operation of our steel mill. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the production team, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of process optimization and lean principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in process, production, or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization and lean principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
