Job Description:

We are looking for a Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team in the upper part of Sweden. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our world-class medical devices in the region.

Your primary goal will be to develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise. If you are passionate about healthcare products and the opportunity to create a name for yourself in the medical device marketspace – this is your chance.

The successful candidate will have gained sales experience preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry and want to move into a role with more clinical focus and technical depth. You will also have a strong enthusiasm for medical technology and your passion and ambition for selling complex products with the best possible customer service is very important to us.

In this role, you will implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations, including with surgeons, hospital administrations and purchasing departments. You will also be responsible for preparing orders for interested customers and providing reliable partner services during order follow-up to ensure timely delivery dates and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a talent for building and maintaining networks and be able to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish is required.
