Job Role:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, forming strategic alliances, and securing project collaborations. This involves working closely with industrial energy users, data centers, and energy companies to develop commercial agreements and help deploy small modular reactors worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Experience in consultative high-tech business development, particularly in the energy sector, is highly desirable. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make informed decisions quickly. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
