We are looking for a talented Process Engineer to lead process and equipment improvement and development activities at Johnson & Johnson's site in Uppsala.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
- Design and execute experiments to validate new manufacturing processes.
- Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing and/or Industrial Engineering role within a regulated industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
