About Regus

At Regus, we have created a workspace network that empowers individuals and businesses to work more efficiently. As a key member of our centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Your Role

As a Community Associate, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing support and solutions to their queries and concerns. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a welcoming environment for our clients.

A Typical Day at Regus

You will arrive early to prepare the centre for opening, checking that everything is in order and that all necessary arrangements are made. Once open, you will manage multiple tasks simultaneously, handling customer requests, answering queries, and providing assistance as needed. This may include setting up meetings, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Throughout the day, you will interact with customers from diverse backgrounds, building strong relationships and providing tailored support to meet their needs. You will also collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and coordinate events, such as networking sessions, to foster a sense of community among our users.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to multitask effectively, communicate clearly and professionally, and empathize with customers' needs. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations, and finding innovative solutions to problems. Basic IT skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary package, you will enjoy a bright and inspiring work environment, along with opportunities for training and development to help you grow professionally.
