The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our customers and trial users get maximum value out of Grasp-ai's AI platform. This includes actively monitoring usage, providing feedback to users, and gathering customer insights to inform product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively monitor user engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to provide feedback and support.
  • Gather customer insights to inform product development and improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers on a daily basis.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Ability to work closely with commercial and product development teams.
