Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Defining the content of the HVDC Transformer platform, including documents, tools, and processes.
  2. Driving platform development, focusing on key items and ensuring clear definitions, accountability, and strong resource management.
  3. Developing a structure and governance process for continuous improvement and implementation of the platform.
  4. Engaging key resources in factories across the organization, developing efficient communication channels and creating a network of needed competencies and resources.
  5. Leading and motivating diverse teams in the work with the platform, ensuring high engagement and cooperation.
  6. Driving the implementation of the platform in processes, tools, and factories, and following up on progress.
  7. Influencing stakeholders to ensure full implementation and prioritization of resources.
  8. Ensuring close cross-organizational collaboration, especially with related product lines in power transformers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technology leadership roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of the HVDC transformer business, HVDC Transformer technology, product management, and engineering processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex and cross-organizational work.
