About the Role

As Business Health, Safety, & Environment Manager within the Power Quality Solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of HSE strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. This includes developing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and standards that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

You will lead the implementation of HSE initiatives across the organization, including conducting risk assessments, identifying control measures, and implementing training programs to promote a culture of HSE excellence. Your leadership skills will also be essential in building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in or currently working with HSE, preferably in the building and construction sector or project business in the energy sector like ours. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/EHS/OHS and 5-10 years of working experience with HSE is required. Knowledge of the Swedish work environment law/electrical safety is beneficial.
