**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts and technologies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record of leading innovation efforts and driving business growth.
  • Extensive experience in gear design and/or transmission systems is required.
  • Experience in calculation and simulation is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; a Master's or PhD is meritorious.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
