Key Responsibilities- Maximize Business Value: Leverage your expertise to maximize the business value and vision of the SAP Ariba Buying solution.
- Lead Solution Delivery: Lead in delivering the identified solution, ensuring it meets our business needs and requirements.
- Configure Business Processes: Provide functional expertise in configuring the identified business processes according to best practices.
- Capture Business Needs: Capture business needs and lead the requirement management process, investigation, and coordination in pre-studies, projects, and programs.
- Define Requirements: Define requirements for required integrations or specific solution developments.
- Evaluate Solutions: Evaluate and recommend solutions/wayouts/options.
- Ensure IT Security: Ensure applicable IT security directives are followed for the service.
- Domain Expertise: Act as a domain expert and facilitate global workshops cross-site.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of experience in working as a solution consultant/solution engineer.
- SAP Ariba Buying Knowledge: Knowledge in SAP Ariba Buying including Ariba Network with catalogue enablement and Guided Buying.
- System Configuration: Strong ability to experiment with system behavior and configuration to support customer decisions.
- Agile Learning: Agile learner and recognized expert with the ability to promote the benefits of the solution.
- Driving Influence: Strong ability to drive, influencing skills, methodical and analytical skills with attention to details and process requirements.
- Purchasing Business Processes: Good understanding of the purchasing business processes.
- Purchasing Solution Usage: Good understanding of purchasing solution usage, dependencies, and interfaces, securing end-to-end understanding to suggest improvements.
- Business Decision Making: Good understanding of how to balance business needs and take decisions to prioritize.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven capability working with stakeholders and sharing best practices and business knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and capability to participate in stakeholder forums.
- Education: University/Master's degree in informatics or equivalent.
