  • Develop acceptance criteria for prioritized features and break them down into Salesforce-specific user stories.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud.
  • Solid knowledge of telecom industry dynamics.
  • At least one full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
  • Strong experience capturing requirements from various stakeholders and delivering solutions effectively.
  • Proficient in working with design procedures and delivery teams to ensure timely availability of business information.
  • Sound knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC, and CLM in Communications Cloud.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, risk assessment, and documentation.
  • Exposure to business change management.
  • Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC, and CLM on Vlocity.
  • Fluency in Swedish language.
  • Agile certification.
