In this role as Head of Innovation & Development, you will be responsible for leading the innovation and development team within the Customer Offer and Development department.

You will contribute to driving strategic development projects and taking responsibility for the Customer Offer and Development agenda.

Your work will involve planning, coordinating and implementing the development of new customer offers and support for stores to address both ongoing development needs and strategic shifts.

Your work will be carried out in close collaboration with specialists from across ICA Sweden and trade partners where in-store testing and development is a clear ambition.

Your team consists of nine colleagues and includes Strategic Project Managers, Store Developers and Architects.

If employed on a full-time basis, sickness benefit is paid at 75% of taxable income from and including the day the employee becomes ill up until the day they resume work or take up a new position. For part-time employment, the percentage of sickness benefit varies depending on the number of hours worked during the previous year, based on the employee's total taxable income from all workplaces within the public sector. No consequences arise if the employee already has entitlement to reimbursement with own funds.

Unlike the previous system, a lower proportion of sickness benefit is given in certain cases, such as when working part-time jobs (for example evening shifts) without obtaining the free card more than six months prior to its last use since then.
