Your Role

As CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing our technical vision, crafting and leading a technology roadmap, and fostering a strong engineering culture. You will lead by example, diving into development when needed, and inspire and guide teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute Arrowhead's technical vision, supporting current projects and laying the foundation for the future of co-op gaming.
  • Lead by example, leveraging your technical expertise to inspire and guide teams.
  • Nurture a strong engineering culture, promoting collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
  • Build and lead technical teams, recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of development experience, a solid track record of combining technical expertise with leadership, and fluency in programming languages like C++, C#, Lua, and more.

A proven leader with experience working with diverse stakeholders, balancing big-picture strategy with practical problem-solving skills, is essential. Bonus points for business experience, public speaking experience, or deep familiarity with platform-specific development for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo.
