Job Description:

As a key member of Stegra Boden AB's operations team, the Water Treatment & Site Water Management Lead will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing the management of water treatment processes at two wastewater treatment plants (WTP 1 & WTP 2). This includes ensuring compliance with water quality regulations, developing long-term infrastructure reliability plans, and optimizing asset performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering, with experience in large-scale water treatment operations. They will be able to mentor and train a team, oversee service partnerships, and drive cost efficiency initiatives. A proven track record in contract management, budgeting, and project startups/commissioning is essential. Fluency in English is required, with basic Swedish language skills a plus.
