The Role
You'll serve as an Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions team for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and growing relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
- Developing and implementing account strategies and ways of working
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and delivering value
- Managing complex sales cycles, leveraging internal and external resources as needed
- Engaging with customers to address their business challenges and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Acting with urgency, integrity, and a customer-centric approach
- Meting/Exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined experience in sales, account management, and consulting services
- 3+ years of account management experience within the Life Science industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
- Strategic account planning and execution expertise
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse customer segments, from end-users to C-level executives
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual
- Passion for solving customer business challenges
- Team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Danish and English for business purposes
