The Role

As a Process Operator at Senior Material, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. You will be responsible for handling machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.
- Correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information.
- Handle the product with care and ensure it fulfills all quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and maintain open communication with colleagues and managers.

Requirements:
- Completed upper secondary education.
- Previous industrial experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Experience in industrial processes and a strong understanding of 5S and Lean thinking are essential.
- Excellent execution and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak, read, and write Chinese.
