We are seeking a highly skilled Game Production Lead to join our team at IO Interactive. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of AAA game projects from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game production, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for driving project vision, scope, and timeline, as well as ensuring that all aspects of the game are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on project management, including defining project goals, developing project plans, and monitoring progress against those plans. You will also be responsible for team leadership, including mentoring and guiding team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of AAA game projects from concept to launch
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Drive project vision, scope, and timeline
• Ensure all aspects of the game are delivered to the highest quality standards
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress against project plans and adjust course as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Producer or equivalent role in the game industry
• Strong background in game production, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to drive project vision, scope, and timeline
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality games on time and within budget
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Trello
