About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the HSE initiative in Hitachi Energy's High Voltage Business Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Head of Laboratories to develop and implement HSE strategies across the organization. They will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as IEC 17025.

The HSE Manager will oversee the coordination of HSE activities across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in their implementation. They will also facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among laboratory staff, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures, as well as conducting risk assessments and audits.

Key qualifications for this position include:

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
- Fluency in German and English language
