Your Future Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Planning Expert to join our team in Västerås, Sweden. As a key member of our project core team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, collecting time-related progress information from stakeholders, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to company procedures and project needs
- Collect and analyze time-related progress information from stakeholders to identify potential delays and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the project core team to monitor progress, report status, and support mitigation actions
- Lead/participate in periodic project schedule review sessions to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Prepare and update standard schedule and progress reports, including KPIs, to facilitate informed decision-making
- Participate in the project core team, contributing your expertise and experience to drive project success

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in project scheduling and planning, preferably in the engineering or construction industries
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with scheduling software tools and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; good working knowledge of Swedish
- Ability to adapt messages and key takeaways to different audiences
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
