About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our software platform.

You will primarily work with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support and maintenance support for internal and external SaaS customers. The role involves bug fixes and maintenance with a focus on both Backend and Frontend. You will have the opportunity to handle diverse tasks, stay updated, learn, and develop constantly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our software platform.
  • Perform bug fixes and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
