At Kappahl Group, we are seeking an E-commerce Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. This temporary role is for approximately 1 year and will be located at our head office.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of Newbie Online Stores by ensuring that campaigns and activities are optimally displayed across digital channels. You will perform analysis of sales and campaigns through Google Analytics and Power BI, collaborating closely with the broader online team.

Your key responsibilities will include initiating optimizations of start and landing pages, as well as presenting the assortment in a commercial way. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in similar tasks in web/e-commerce. A relevant education in marketing, sales, or communication is also required.

We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive. As a person, you should have a strong customer focus and be willing to try new things. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English are essential.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in web/e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Inriver PIM, Optimizley & Voyado
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO
