About the RoleIn this senior-level position, you'll bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.
You will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM project.
This role requires expertise in Workday HCM, including deep knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation focusing on HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent, and related areas.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Workday HCM expert and architect, providing guidance on best practices and client-specific needs during all project stages.
- Lead facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Regularly engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
- Maintain open communication with the project team and Engagement Manager regarding changes or progress related to the project.
- Take on leadership roles and mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments.
- Stay up-to-date with training and internal opportunities to share skills and learnings with others within the organization.
- Extensive hands-on functional Workday HCM experience.
- Familiarity with HCM software.
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated functional experience in Financial Management.
