About the Job Description

This role involves building and / or maintaining rosters for our flight crew or cabin crew to ensure our extensive flying programme is fully crewed right up to our live operation (T minus 72 hours). You will consider scenarios, optimise outputs, and accurately maintain records using our various systems.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders both within the crew planning team and wider business areas, to gain information and communicate updates. This requires strong business English skills, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Grade 4 GSCE (UK qualification) in English and Maths or local equivalent, and previous experience in a customer service-based role demonstrating high levels of accuracy in both written and verbal communications and record-keeping.
