We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Västerås, Sweden. As a Project Manager at Capgemini Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting engineering projects and drive our industry development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from start to end, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Support the team in providing design development processes towards our clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive industry development projects.
- Identify and manage opportunities within your deliveries.
- University degree in engineering with domain experience in HVDC or Grid business.
- Good knowledge of product development processes and project models, preferably Certified Project Manager or PMP Certification from Project Management Institute or IPMA Level C/D certification.
- Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
- Good technical knowledge in product development process.
- Preferable experience with international teams and/or R&D.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
