Polish Speaking Freight Forwarder

We are currently seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder with proficiency in the Polish language to join our team in Landskrona. This role requires a fast-paced, responsible, and challenging work environment. As the group focuses on Polish traffic, it is essential that you possess excellent spoken Polish language skills.

This role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial approach, and we are looking for team players who can effectively manage internal communication with colleagues and various divisions within DSV. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the continued development and success of the department.

• Plan transport in an efficient and profitable manner
• Daily contact with customers and drivers
• Coordinate information to customers regarding loading and unloading
• Monitor, follow up, and report any order deviations to the customer
• Financial follow-up of vehicles/lines
• Daily update of loading/unloading precision

• Good service skills, with a focus on putting the customer first
• A planned and structured way of working, even at a faster pace
• Understanding of the importance of routines, structure, and administration
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and spoken Polish
• Good computer skills
• Education and/or experience in transport, logistics, and/or freight forwarding is advantageous
