Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Belmont Lavan Ltd. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in leading our technical management teams and driving agile transformation within our organization.

• Lead two technical management teams as Scrum Master, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure efficient and well-coordinated workflow.
• Support the development of teams by coaching in agile practices and principles, with the goal of improving self-organization and capacity to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify and remove obstacles that may affect team productivity and ability to meet sprint goals.
• Coordinate with other roles, including Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters, to ensure smooth communication and effective resource allocation.
• Track progress in sprints and report status and potential risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring deliveries are made according to time frames.
• Actively participate in the work to improve processes and work methods, increasing efficiency and quality of delivery.

• Higher education in IT, technology, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in IT and infrastructure, preferably in the public sector or larger organizations.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is a requirement.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with DevOps techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Very good language skills in spoken and written Swedish.

• Certification in change management.
• Experience in leading dewatering initiatives within agile teams.
• Experience of agile transformation, including successfully leading or participating in agile transformations within larger organizations.
• Technical competence in IT infrastructure and management, understanding how technical decisions affect the delivery of digital services.
• Experience from the public sector and its specific requirements and processes.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive cultural change.
• Experience with agile tools and methods, including Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Ability and drive to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in change management and skilled in handling resistance to change within organizations.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, technical management, and ITIL.
