Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Software Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of SAP software licenses and maintaining compliance with SAP licensing terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee license consumption metering processes, including software and consumption-based licenses.
  • Analyze license usage to optimize allocation and identify underutilized licenses, reassignment opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for SAP license contracts, agreements, POs, and invoices.
  • Support the procurement of software in adherence to client policies.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the budget for software licenses and products.
  • Provide support during external audit processes.
  • Advise project, program, infrastructure, and application portfolio managers on software licensing compliance and optimizations.
  • Generate internal SAP licensing reports, including compliance analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated professional expertise in license management, administration, software licensing, and SAP Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP licensing principles, contractual aspects, and audit processes, with hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow SAM Pro (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in global, cross-cultural environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong sense of end-to-end responsibility and ownership.
  • Proficiency in analyzing multi-source data.
  • Technical background (considered an advantage).
  • Full professional fluency in English (mandatory).
